The four realities
one house, four realities
It all began in 2006, in Valtellina. The Enoteca was the first step — wooden counters, wines chosen one by one, people who came in stayed to talk. In 2016 Il Ristorante Orterie opened, and the kitchen took shape around the same idea: local ingredients, the slow times of the mountains, recipes that tell the story of the valley. Today the cellar is shared with the Enoteca, which moved next door to the restaurant in 2025, under the same roof.
Across the street, since 2019, La Foresteria: a few rooms, natural light, for those who want to stay a night or a week at the foot of the valley. A little further, since 2020, the Distillery — from 2026 in its new building — where Valtellina herbs become the spirits that accompany our dinners.
Soon, on the floors above the restaurant, six rooms will open — the latest chapter of a house built slowly, alongside those who live in it, in the land that nourishes it.

We are in Valtellina, in the heart of the village. From the Restaurant to the Foresteria you cross the street; from the Restaurant to the Distillery a few steps. Everything is within a two-minute walk.
